Scotch Plains-Blue 1 vs Takeover 11
Takeover Baseball 9U travel baseball had everything working winning big over Scotch Plains - Blue club baseball team. Takeover 9U got on board in the first inning when Daniel Miller singled scoring Romeo Sillas who walked. Takeover then scored four runs in fourth. Colton O'Donnell, Paul Crivello, Jojo Igneri, and Ryan Murray all contributed with RBI's. Vin McQuone started things off on the mound for Takeover, the righthander went three innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out five. Takeover collected seven hits on the day led by Paul Crivello and Preston Dalton with Crivello going 3-3 on the day.

Scotch Plains-Blue 0 vs Takeover 3
Takeover 9U defeated Scotch Plains 3-0 on Tuesday night as the two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Daniel Miller on the mound surrendered zero runs on five hits over five innings, striking out four and walking one. Jojo Igneri led Takeover with two hits in two at bats. Takeover 9U didnt commit and error in the field. Vin McQuone closed the game out striking out two to record the save.
