Takeover Baseball Sets The Stage For Victory With Early Lead Over Blue Marlins

Takeover Baseball grabbed an early lead on its way to a 14-1 victory in round 2 of the Columbus Day Bash Tournament over Blue Marlins on Sunday. Takeover Baseball scored on an error, a double by Gavin Arieno, and an error in the first inning. Takeover Baseball secured the victory thanks to eight runs in the third inning. Takeover Baseball put the pressure on with walks by Lunden Chadwell and Mark Marsigliano, singles by Liam Gallagher and Kyle Bare, a RBI ground out by Jack Shannon, and an error on a ball put in play by Max Romanok. Paul Serra earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Takeover Baseball, he surrendered one run on two hits over four innings. Max Romanok, Gavin Arieno , Liam Gallagher, Kyle Bare, and Santino Cignarella each collected one hit to lead Takeover Baseball. Takeover Baseball was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Lunden Chadwell made the most plays with nine. Santino Cignarella led Takeover Baseball with four stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with eight stolen bases.
